The last 765 km to Ulan Ude was slow and tiring. There were road works and the road was old and worn. Because Rudy was still not 100% and Jamaliah took pity on him, she booked us into a hotel and we went out for Sushi. By the way Rudy’s foot is also getting better. At one moment it felt like the other big toe was also getting gout but it did not set through and now both have subsided. You will see that we took several pictures of this town. For some reason we like the atmosphere in this town. There are a lot of Asians here; there is a cool breeze and not too much traffic. We have come full circle. On 9 July we left our hotel in Ulan Ude for Mongolia and now on 8 august we are back.
